Manage, update and maintain the website, which is built in WIX, Required as soon as possible. Full handover will be given. The main bulk of work is carried out between  April and July although they will be occasional work at other times.

Chair meetings, agree objectives, terms and conditions, key dates and ensure all tasks completed. Acquire, oversee and support all committee members. Set agenda for meetings. Invite artists to participate in CAMAT. Set up Review Panel to accept/reject artists applications.

Monitor all CAMAT emails and respond to or redirect any queries.. Distribute agenda and set up meetings, document and distribute meeting minutes. Ensure all artists details are captured on the application and appropriate photos submitted, collate artists feedback after event.

Locate venues to accommodate artists with no venue and agree venue with artists. Identify and agree a venue leader for each venue (mainly Jan to March).

Acquire sponsors, ensure funds received, provide logos for input to website and leaflets (mainly March to May) .  

Work with other team member on designing leaflet, map, posters, banners, etc. for print. Assign numbers to venues, etc (mainly May to Jun).

Obtain quotations and order printed materials; leaflets, banners and posters etc.  Arrange distribution. Check venues have sufficient arrow signage, bunting, posters etc, Re-order and distribute additional printed items when required (mainly June-Aug).

Manage the Prize Draw process; how people will enter. Collate entries and award the prize, etc (mainly July-Sept).
